Mission Health is Hiring a Business Analyst Near Asheville, NC

Introduction

The Business Analyst is responsible for acquiring and maintaining technical and subject matter expertise for quality and payor initiatives including, but not limited to, the Medicare Access and Children’s Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act (MACRA)/Quality Payment Program (QPP), commercial payor programs, risk reduction, clinical reporting, and performance improvement in the ambulatory healthcare space. The Business Analyst assists with the training, implementation, and support of quality and payor initiatives across the HCA Physician Services enterprise.

This role is located at our North Carolina Division Office on Schenck Parkway in Asheville, NC.

Job Summary and Qualifications
  • Utilizes a standardized and consistent approach to the implementation, training, and measurement of quality and payor initiatives across the HCA Physician Services enterprise
  • Monitors performance of quality and payor initiatives and supports action plans as needed for successful program management
  • Engages other team members and/or other departments as necessary to mitigate issues and reach resolutions
  • Contributes to the design and actively implements business requirements for reporting and analytics that support quality and payor initiatives
  • Implements education plans related to quality and payor initiatives
  • Directly assists operations staff with processes associated with quality and payor initiatives
  • Supports data submissions to internal and external entities
  • Manages multiple on‐going projects
What qualifications you will need:
  • Bachelors Degree required
