Mission Care Center Post-Acute Rehab is a Five Star rated, 58- bed, short-term post-acute rehabilitation facility located in Rosemead, California. As a sophisticated skilled nursing facility, Mission Care Center excels in the provision of high acuity care with an emphasis on serving post-surgical, post-operative patients who have had extensive care in the acute setting and are now in need of specialized skilled nursing care. Mission Care Center also proudly provides care for a long-term patient population whose needs are often as extensive as those of our short-term, high acuity patients. LVN Employment Requirements: A qualified candidate must be an experienced LVN with a proven track record of personal accountability, assertiveness, integrity, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment specializing in the treatment of high acuity patients. Qualified candidates will also exhibit leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, high energy, a positive attitude, and a sincere desire to serve patients with competence, exceptional customer service, professionalism, and compassion. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of relevant experience in a skilled nursing environment in addition to the following: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Must possess a current and valid license for employment in the state of CA verifiable through state and federal board review. 2 years experience as a Licensed Nurse in a short-term rehab setting with a proven track record of regulatory compliance.
