HOURLY MANAGER/ SHIFT LEADER
MISSION BBQ is a Team of Great People, preparing Great Food and providing Great Service. We are a casual, family friendly BBQ Restaurant and Proudly Serve Those Who SERVE.
You play a very important and valuable role at MISSION BBQ. You belong to a Team that makes a positive difference in the lives of Our People. You are a mentor and designated trainer to Our Teammates, a subject matter expert for Our Customers and key in supporting the Leadership Team. Your ability to Serve and Support, by coaching and teaching and providing accountability for our Teammates is an important and positive contribution to all Our Great People’s Day.
Hourly Manager responsibilities include:
- Provides consistent communicates through daily shift meetings
- Train and develop through proper coaching and teaching
- Give authentic praise and thank you
