Insurance Claims Processing Lead (Automotive) - Bilingual Spanish

$70,000 to start plus full benefits

As Claims Processor Lead, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Administering automotive claims processes from inception to completion
• Identifying and escalating claims in need of immediate attention
• Tracking in-process pending claims
• Performing document review, document control and document processing functions
• Communicating with claimants, insurance companies, repair shops and tow companies by phone and email
• Disputing denied claims as appropriate
• Overseeing and supervising Junior Team Members
• Providing ongoing training and support for Junior Team Members
• Preparing reports for leadership teams
• Contributing to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
• Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 3 years of Automotive Claims experience
• Customer Service skills
• Fluency in Spanish

Pluses:

• Related Team Lead and/or Supervisory experience
