Requirements

• Must BE dependable and reliable.
• Abele to withstand continuous activity and movement throughout an 8 hr shift
• Able to meet/exceed classroom expectations
• Pass a physical, TB scan, fingerprint scan, and background check
• 18 years or older
• Must have GED/diploma
• Any form of federal photo identification and social security care
• Experience in a controlled childcare setting preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Routine learning and physical engagement with kids
• Must be able to supervise multiple children for long periods of time.
• Must be able to clean designated classrooms daily.
• Demonstrates a schedule-oriented curriculum that includes learning, play and creative activities.
• Displays a positive attitude to children along with positive reinforcement in a given situation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and change diapers.
• Help continue and encourage the process of children who are potty training
