Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. If you have been an assistant and are ready to step up, this may be the job for you.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of our tenants.

Responsibilities:

- Manage tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs

- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards

- Assist with the leasing process, including showing properties to potential tenants and processing applications

- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities

- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery

- Monitor rental payments and follow up on any delinquencies

- Stay up-to-date with local housing laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property management or a related field

- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices

- Proficiency in Remote Landlord or Yardi or similar property management software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus

- Knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
