Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement lesson plans left by the absent teacher effectively.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
- Communicate with school staff and parents as needed.
- Assist students in understanding subject matter through individual or small group support.
- Follow school policies and procedures.
Experience:
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
