MirTech Harvest Center is looking to add to its Product Support Specialist team!

We are hiring for multiple locations.

The development of strategic relationships with existing and target customers is extremely important to our company, and as a Product Support Specialist, you will be directly responsible for elevating our customers experience when demonstrating and purchasing our equipment.

You will work closely with our Company Director of Aftermarket Sales, Sales Manager, and Chief Operations Officer and be tasked with control of ensuring all products we offer meld with our customers' expectations, either for purchase or demonstration.

In many cases, our best opportunity to earn a customer's continued business or a prospect's first order is a quality field demonstration. With proper training both internally and via our manufacturer partners, you will be tasked with learning the product line in a manner that ensures we process a quality field demonstration.

Equally important to our success is our customer perception. Working closely with each Sales Team and Service Team member, you will look to ensure every demonstration and field release function properly and meets the customers' expectations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Agricultural Equipment Technician or similar role
- Strong analytical skills to analyze equipment performance issues accurately
- Proficient in outbound calling to coordinate service appointments and logistics
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact with customers and team members
- Sales skills for upselling maintenance services, parts, or additional equipment sales
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective customer service with diverse clients
- Data entry proficiency for maintaining demonstration records accurately
- Phone etiquette to provide professional customer support

This position is being offered as a full-time salary position, with a range of $55,000 to $65,000, based on experience. The position will also have the opportunity to earn demonstration bonuses, paid quarterly.
