SUMMARY
As a Salad/Bakery Cook, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety standards
- Experience working as a dietary aide, cook, or in a similar culinary role
- Proficiency in food handling and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including knives and mixers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
