The Wyndhurst Club Manager is responsible for the management and growth of the day-to-day operations of the membership club area and its employees. The manager must have a full understanding of the club business model and develop a positive relationship with the members and homeowners, presenting a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Make guest service a priority
• Respond to all inquiries and requests from members in a timely manner
• Manage club staff to include: payroll, scheduling, hiring and disciplinary action
• Have a working understanding of the P&L as it pertains to budget and expenses
• Manage and maintain inventories mindful of budget and expenses
• Initiate and participate in the development of the club bringing new ideas to promote growth
• Ensure all equipment is working properly
• Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, cleanliness insuring a clean and safe environment
• Maintain proper licenses and ensure all certifications are in place and current
• Ensure club rules and guidelines are followed
• Experience and some working knowledge of spa and fitness
• Maintain open communication with staff providing a safe and inclusive environment for learning and development
• Maintain open communication with the Spa Director
