Fixed term contract. 12 month, extendable 12 month based on results. 

Summary:

Miraclon is looking for a Process Analyst to join our Worldwide Go To Market (GTM) team. Miraclon operates their business across 4 regions around the world. Each regional team operates under the Chief Commercial Officer, who is supported by the Commercial Operations’ team. As the Worldwide GTM Process Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing the Commercial team business processes. You will create the process excellence framework for the Worldwide Commercial Operations team, establish standards, guidelines and policies to enable Miraclon to perform and scale for growth. 

You will report to the Commercial Operations Director.

In this role you will

  • Express process documentation needs, collect data, analyse, standardise and document. 
  • Analyse and defines business requirements for Commercial Systems.
  • Model business processes (mapping, flows ...). 
  • Test and approve business requirements to improve the production environment.
  • Control and improve to ensure end-user adoption and efficiency within the processes. 
  • Support effective Change Management.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops. 
  • Train end-users and coworkers. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as an advisor on developing business policies.
  • Help setting up processes and systems to efficiently implement GTM strategy Worldwide. 
  • Map processes; identify steps, resources and objectives. 
  • Design processes and focus on the ‘’happy path’’ to meet the commercial team needs and goals.
  • Establish consistent processes throughout the Commercial Team. 
  • Use Miraclon approved systems and technology to automate manual tasks. 
  • Develop and maintain process documentation standards and templates.
  • Manage all Commercial Operations team documentation. 
  • Maintain the WW Commercial SharePoint Site. 
  • Manage the Commercial Excellence Handbook. 
  • Implement cadence of continuous improvement of processes based on performance data and staff feedback.
  • Continuously monitors performance at the user level and by the individual process to identify bottlenecks and areas requiring improvement.
  • Validate process flows & ensure the relevant metrics are available to ensure the process is & remains fit for purpose.
  • Identifies opportunities to align business procedures with information technology.
  • Establish and document clear RACI for documented processes.
  • Prepare status reports on goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs through process efficiency. 
  • Handle escalated issues arising from operations processes.
  • Coordinates with other departments.

Skills

  • Experience in implementing, creating documents and flows in order to optimize business processes Experience processes standardization.
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Pays close attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (the corporate language). Other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to understand high-level and poorly defined processes, translate them into business and system requirements, up to local execution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with and train team members at multiple levels of the organization. 
  • Experience in project management is a plus. 
  • Corporate tools: Microsoft suite, SharePoint, Power BI, Salesforce (or equivalent), Infor M3 (or equivalent ERP system) … Advanced word and process models skills are expected. 
  • A self-starter who works autonomously and is result driven.
  • Curiosity and desire to continuously learn.
