Miracle Software Systems, Inc. is looking for "BA / Data Analyst (Strong Data, SQL & ETL experience)" for long term Contract/Fulltime position available with following Job description.

Position Description:The Dealer Network Information (DNI) Product Team within the Marketing and Sales Dealer Network and Employee Engagement Department maintains multiple foundational applications that are used to update, maintain, and distribute the core dealer contract and location information. The data the DNI Product team manages is in high demand throughout the enterprise. The team is working on modernizing both the core applications to Angular and its legacy interfaces to use rest APIs and Google APIGEE. This position would involve learning the front end applications, learning the data created/provided by those applications, creating/updating product documentation for large project initiatives, understanding the business need & use of dealer data, support of data questions from downstream applications, and support of annual audits. This position is also an opportunity to work with a strong team within Ford on critical core applications across multiple technologies and provides an opportunity to modernize and shape the future of the Product.

Position Duties:Collaborate with both the Business and IT to document Business Requirements and translate those into IT Technical Specifications
Application/Data Support using complex data analysis and SQL skills to manage challenging data joins across multiple applications and global countries with varying Business Rules by market
Be a part of a Ford product team and collaborate with a Product Owner, Product Manager, Anchor, and software engineers
Create high performing complex SQL queries
Participate in PDO product team ceremonies such as Standups, Iteration Planning, Retrospectives, and Release Planning
Managing annual SOX/SCRP/GRC audits

Primary Skills Required:SQL/database experience involving multiple, complex queries
Analytical experience of complex applications and data relationships
Application support experience including the processing of support/help desk tickets and annual audit requirements
Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a product team
Strong written/oral communication skills
Strong drive for results and ability to work independently
Demonstrated commitment to quality and project timing
Experience in creating and executing detailed test plans
Strong Agile Project management capabilities
Proficient in using Rally (or similar Agile Project Management tool) to help drive a metrics driven approach for IT team
Ability to work independently and take initiative when solving unexpected problems
Ability to deliver under pressure
