- Communicate with crew leader and site plant personnel accordingly
- Adhere to all RGA and site policies, instructions, procedures and safety guidelines in accordance with applicable OSHA and MSHA regulation
- Follow all safety policies and procedures as outlined by company and OSHA
- Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase the efficiency of the work crew
- Report to shop foreman of assigned profit center when not performing belt crew duties. Other duties may be assigned at this time including belt, hose and gasket fabrication, welding and general housekeeping duties.
- Apply TIG welding to metal hoses.
- Ability to work in a timely manner, to demonstrate attention to detail, to follow RGA policies and procedures, to uphold RGA values and maintain regular and timely attendance
- Conducts general housekeeping in accordance with applicable OSHA regulation
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Regular and reliable attendance required
- Follow directions of supervisors and trainers
- Follow directions of RGA policies and procedures
Certificates, Licenses, and RegistrationsMust have a valid, active Driver's License with an insurable driving record
Must pass a hair follicle drug test upon hire.Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

About Miracle Kids Success Academy
Miracle Kids Success Academy is a day treatment clinic for children with special needs. Once children are referred to MKSA by their primary care physicians, they may be scheduled for therapy evaluations at MKSA or they may bring therapy evaluation reports from recent evaluations performed elsewhere. Children must have two areas of need to qualify for day treatment services at MKSA. Those areas of need include (but are not limited to) fine motor delays, sensory disorders, gross motor delays, speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, developmental delays, cognitive delays and... medical needs.
