The Housekeeper is responsible for carrying out the housekeeping functions in the community. These services include providing daily and weekly housekeeping services to resident apartments and all common areas. This includes laundry, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and removing trash under the direction of the Director of Plant Operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Works in a safe manner in conjunction with other employees.
• Reports any unsafe actions immediately to supervisor and ensures such actions are corrected.
• Compliant with Safety Committee Standards.
• Fosters teamwork with co-workers, takes actions which assist others beyond job responsibilities, and has a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.

Required Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.
