We’re hiring Tool and Die Makers for a manufacturing company in Cleveland.
This is a direct hire opportunity that includes great benefits including:

Pay starts at $24 / hour with additional pay based on tool room experience.
Responsibilities of the Tool & Die Maker:
· Construct new tools and dies as required
· Review drawings & specifications
· Design simple jogs and specifications
· Plan and implement order of operations to manufacture
· Calculate speeds and feeds
· Inspect parts and machine parts to tight tolerances (.0005)
· Repair and maintain production tools and dies
· Troubleshoot tooling equipment and repair as needed
· Modify dies to conform to engineering changes
· Setup and operate machines including drill presses, lathes, milling machines, surface grinders id/od grinder, honing machines, and CNC lathes / mills
Minimum Requirements of the Tool & Die Maker:
· 5 years of experience in a machine shop environment
· Experience with CAD & CAM software.
· Familiarity with CAM and G code programming.
· Must have basic tools such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators.
· Basic math and algebra skills.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime when needed.
· The ability to read and interpret blueprints and sketches.
