Position Overview:

Join our team in the dynamic world of automation component manufacturing. As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will be integral to our operations, assembling a range of mechanical components with precision and efficiency. This role demands a blend of technical skill, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble various mechanical components accurately, following detailed specifications and blueprints. 
  • Utilize different tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks, ensuring high-quality outcomes. 
  • Conduct thorough inspections of parts using precise measuring tools to uphold quality standards. 
  • Collaborate with the team to facilitate efficient assembly processes and meet production goals. 
  • Document assembly processes and maintain an organized record of all projects.
  • Participate in the preparation and crating of equipment for shipment, ensuring safety and compliance.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED, complemented by 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly.
  • Proficient in interpreting assembly drawings and blueprints, with strong mechanical and technical skills.
  • Familiarity with using a variety of pneumatic, electrical, and hand tools.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and performing physical tasks related to assembly.
  • Experience in machining and electrical work is advantageous.
  • Must be computer literate and open to learning company-specific software systems.
