Responsible for completing daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic inventory control and record-keeping tasks for customers within the companies WM system. Includes cycle-counting and physical inventory of customers goods daily. Interacts closely with other team members within the organization.POSITION DETAILS• Daily verification of raw materials stored within the warehouse’s bulk and rack storage locations. • Daily Inspection/checks of materials coming from the operation Production area, responsible for ensuring material has been reconciled and ready to be placed into storage areas. • Periodic verification of inventory item configurations and bills of material.• Weekly and on-demand Cycle-counting of physical inventory stock, according to a location, item, lot, batch and or expiration.• Monthly summarization of inventory activity and accuracy by Customer.• Research into why WMS inventory on-hand counts are incorrect and what procedures are not occurring properly that causes these errors.• Ensure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the WMS (warehouse management system).POSITION REQUIREMENTS• High School Diploma required.• 1 year forklift operation experience.• Experience within Inventory Control activities and responsibilities preferred.• Experience with WMS system preferred, including inventory activity transactions and reporting. • Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel experience preferred.• Strong communication skills, intermediate math skills, attention to detail, and computer skills.• Physical Requirements: May be required to bend, squat, kneel, or stand for long periods.
