We are hiring a Burn Table Operator for 1st shift (6am-4pm, Mon-Fri) in Cleveland

The Burn Table Operator is responsible for operating various machines and equipment, performing quality checks, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring that production is running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

This position is heavily centered around plasma & flame cutting.

Responsibilities of the CNC Burn Table Operator:

• Operate a burning machine to cut parts according to customer specs
• Perform quality control checks on products.
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Operate and maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Complete necessary paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
• Other duties assigned by management

Required Skills of the CNC Burn Table Operator:

• Knowledge/experience operating a burn table
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to ready blueprints, schematics and other documents
• Good with numbers/math/fractions
• Ability to read a ruler proficiently to the smallest 1/16th of an inch and convert to decimals accurately at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
