Position: Screen Printing Assistant and General Shop Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn the process of screen printing, including setup, operation, and maintenance of printing equipment.

• Assist in traditional printing tasks and support various stages of the production process.

• Handle materials and products with care and precision to ensure top-notch quality output.

• Collaborate closely with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

• Perform general shop duties, including lifting objects up to 60 pounds on a regular basis, organizing, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis and engage in physically demanding tasks.

• Mechanical aptitude and a keen interest in learning the art of screen printing and traditional printing techniques.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a can-do approach to challenges.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
