Now hiring a Building Maintenance Worker for a company in Akron for 1st shift, 9am – 5pm.
Weekly pay at $30 per hour.
The Building Maintenance Worker is responsible for overseeing all property maintenance activities and preserving the good condition of infrastructure.
Job Duties:
- Create and nurture positive member relationships by displaying an outgoing personality.
- Maintain buildings and repair mechanical systems.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems such as replacing lightbulbs, installing sockets, and cleaning circuit breakers.
- Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
- Perform manual repairs when needed such as replacing locks, windows etc.
- Conduct general upkeep and other tasks as assigned including painting and carpentry.
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and move continuously. .
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds or more.
- At least 3 years previous experience in Building Maintenance is preferred.
- Understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
