We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Packager to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain.

Position Overview: As an Order Packager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our company. You will be responsible for various tasks related to picking, packaging, and shipping clothing products. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Pick clothing products for customer orders based on order sheets. Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment to meet shipping deadlines.
• Pack clothing items into designated retail boxes, ensuring proper folding and presentation.
• Apply descriptive labels to retail boxes, including size, color barcode
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Verify order accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet packing quotas.
• Will be required to use basic packing tools (tape dispensers, box cutters, etc)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience working in a warehouse or similar environment, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes or objects (up to 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the ecommerce industry or with clothing products.
• Familiarity with barcode scanning and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols related to warehouse operations.
