Job Requirements:
1）Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant engineering field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
2）English&Chinese bilingual.
3）Basic understanding or interest in CNC equipment, willing to learn and understand equipment installation, operation, and maintenance processes.
4）Strong learning and problem-solving abilities, capable of quickly acquiring and mastering new knowledge and skills.
5）Strong teamwork spirit, able to collaborate closely with team members to accomplish tasks together. Interest and enthusiasm in customer service and technical support, able to adapt to job requirements and tasks.
6）Positive and proactive attitude, with strong communication skills, capable of demonstrating confidence and self-drive in work tasks.
7) Willing to travel.

Main responsibilities:

1) Assisting engineers in installing cutting machines: You may need to help engineers with equipment transportation, connection, and debugging to ensure proper installation and functioning of the equipment.

2) Operating cutting machines: You may need to learn and proficiently master the operation methods of the cutting machines, so that you can independently operate the equipment when necessary.

3) Providing technical support to customers during the sales process: During interactions with customers, they may have technical questions regarding equipment specifications, operation methods, or troubleshooting. You need to accurately and clearly answer these questions to enhance customer trust and satisfaction with the product.

4) Traveling with the team to exhibitions: You may need to participate in various industry exhibitions or sales events, assist in setting up booths, showcase products, and engage in communication with customers to promote product sales and marketing efforts.

Rate: $20-$23/hour
