Mint Landscapes LLC is Hiring an Operations Manager - Full Time Near Lacey, WA
Mint Landscapes is a local landscape, maintenance and design and installation company.
Mint is looking for a positive person who, loves to learn, teach and coach. Someone who loves the landscape industry and has a business and growth mindset.
Job will require managing and coaching crews of team members, job production and maintaining job quality. This position requires your attendance at HOA meetings on a few evenings a year and our annual home and garden show! You must be a team player with a servant leadership mentality! You will be overseeing and coaching 4-5 crews from landscape maintenance to project installation.
Knowledge in the landscape industry is required, such as landscape maintenance, irrigation, paver and retaining wall installation, etc. Experience in managing teams, a keen eye for quality, and being able to train and coach people in a respectful manner is required.
