Job Responsibilities Include:

Greet customers, record orders,
Work with other associates to prepare food if needed
Ensure dining room cleanliness by clearing tables, returning trays, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing tables and counter surfaces
Ensure supplies are well stocked at all times
Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems.
Communicate with management team
Maintain a neat and tidy appearance.

Requirements:

Positive upbeat attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast paced environment
