Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain installation schedules in coordination with Shop Supervisor.
• Optimize schedules to minimize fuel costs and reduce need for repeat trips.
• Handle inbound calls from clients and schedule follow-up service appointments.
• Ensure that company deadlines are met through ongoing schedule monitoring and adjustment.
