Hourly Pay Range is from $48 to $51 per hour, PLUS

• Sign on bonus up to $3,000
• Reasonable patient load, with an average of 8 - 9 patients per day
• Better guaranteed hours with no evenings or weekends
• Flexible schedules - One weekday off every other week
• The last patient appointment is at 4:30 pm. Once you have completed your last cleaning and clinical notes, you are out the door!
• Dental hygienists are not required to complete end-of-day duties.
• Monthly cleaning bonuses - Effectively raise your hourly pay rate by up to $20 with bonuses
• $3,000 relocation bonus for out-of-state new hires

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist licensure is required; we will consider those that are transferring
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control training as required by law
• Understanding and knowledge of HIPPA privacy rules
• Must have high ethical standards and value patient care above all else
• Must be a service-oriented team player that maintains a positive attitude
• Excellent communication, customer service, and attention to detail
