House Cleaners and Interior Cleaning Technicians will travel to various service addresses to clean interior spaces and surfaces within residential homes and small office spaces. Day to day tasks include dusting, sanitizing, vacuuming, mopping and general tidying and cleaning of spaces.

Mint Cleaning is a locally owned and operated professional interior cleaning service provider operating out of Clive, IA. We offer a variety of residential and commercial cleaning services including recurring house cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning and office space cleaning. We are dedicated to delivering professional and friendly customer care for an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable means of transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Able to lift at least 15 lbs and stand majority of the day
- Effective communication skills (you will be interacting with clients)
- Professional appearance and personality
- Must pass background and motor vehicle check
- Must have reliable means of tansportation
Job Responsibilities
- Travel to and from service appointments
- Perform required services outlined on work orders in a variety of settings (Dusting, Vacuuming, Mopping, Sanitzing, Etc.)
- Communicate details about projects and cleanings with clients
- Upsell specific services while onsite performing services
- Collect payment from clients
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Communicate work details with office staff as needed
- Perform other duties as requested
