• Responsibilities : *
• Greet and welcome patients upon arrival, providing assistance as needed.
• Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare staff.
• Provide information about hospital services, facilities, and amenities.
• Assist with patient registration and paperwork.
• Address patient concerns and ensure their needs are met.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to enhance the patient experience.
• Requirements : *
• Previous experience in a customer service or patient-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Qualifications : *
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for patient registration and information retrieval.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
