Minot Builders Supply is a wholesale building supply distributor with branches in Minot, ND, Bismarck, ND, Great Falls, MT and Billings, MT. Currently our Minot, ND is looking for an Inside Sales Associate, please see below for job description:

Areas of Responsibility:

• Make outgoing calls to retail customers promoting products and current specials.
• Assist customers contacting us via phone or email.
• Answer questions/make recommendations regarding products, pricing, availability and options available through Minot Builders Supply.
• Work with both inside and outside sales representatives within the company to ensure excellent customer service from order to delivery.
• Code and input customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the computer system.
• Listen and respond accordingly when faced with customer concerns and seek quick resolution to all issues.
• Ensure timely quotations, accurate order processing and continuous follow up on quote, order and delivery status.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Construction Industry Experience
• Ability to perform building estimate from building plans
• Prior sales and customer service experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
