Minnetonka Schools Community Education is Hiring an After School Child Care Staff Near Excelsior, MN
Minnetonka Community Education is seeking energetic, creative staff to join our Explorers school-age child care program! After school shifts available at multiple elementary schools. Excelsior and Deephaven start at 1:30pm until 5pm or 6pm. Our Child Care Assistants will provide supervision and engage with children in grades K-5. No formal child care experience is required, so if you are passionate about our mission to ensure all students envision and pursue their highest aspirations while serving the greater good, apply today! Job responsibilities include:
- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities for children
- Ensure a safe, engaging and inclusive environment for children
- Provide set up and clean up of classroom activities
- Effectively communicate with children, parents, and staff
Pay & Schedule:
- Starting from $17.50/hour quarterly stipends
- After school shifts M-F 1:30pm - 5:00 or 6:00 pm

Qualifications:
