Job Description
Minnesota State Community and Technical College (M State), Wadena campus, is seeking a Clay Trap Shooting Coach to start academic year 2024-2025. This coaching assignment is a part-time, seasonal role.

Responsibilities:
  • Live the mission, vision and values of M State to ensure a positive experience for all students and stakeholders. Service to M State students and stakeholders is a core component of the position and work responsibilities.
  • Head coach duties, including recruiting, conducting practices and tryouts, tracking students’ athletic eligibility, and other related duties as required to maintain team.
  • Serve as clay trap shooting coach for a member college of the Minnesota Community College Conference.
  • Public relations and program development.
Required Qualifications
  • Clay trap shooting experience at the collegiate level or high school level;
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Demonstrate the ability to recruit and coach;
  • Ability and commitment to adhere to the policies and procedures of M State and our athletic conference.
