Minnesota Grinding is seeking candidates for a 3rd shift CNC Precision Grinding Technician Trainee role: Learn to setup and operate manual and CNC precision grinding machines to process parts per customer specifications. Our trainees begin to work on their own after several weeks. Pay increases according to ability to learn CNC precision grinding.

The CNC Precision Grinding Technician Trainee role can be filled by an individual interested in the CNC career field. Some related education and experience preferred.

• blueprint reading
• calipers
• micrometers and other precision measuring equipment

Computer literacy, proficiency in Windows environment. Good math skills. Mechanical problem solving skills. Attention to detail. Strong communication skills and team player abilities are key to a successful working environment.

SCHEDULE: Minnesota Grinding is seeking candidates for 3rd shift:

• 2 openings Third Shift: 10:00 pm-6:30 am Sunday-Thursday

LOCATION: Minnesota Grinding is located at 5400 Douglas Drive, Crystal, MN 55429

Hiring pay range: $22 depending on experience
