SUMMARY:
The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) seasonal Head Lifeguards provide support for the lifeguards in day to day operations. The Head Lifeguard is a mix of traveling lifeguard, program and staff lead. The Head Lifeguard will provide assistance where needed and be a liaison to management. The Head Lifeguard should exemplify responsibility, leadership, friendly public relations/ customer service, and be a voice for the Lifeguard and Attendant staff.
This position works between 32-40 hours per week, part- time. Varied working hours including 5:30am-9:30pm, Monday-Sunday
Must be able to meet work schedule and in-service training attendance standards (May through August).
