Minnehaha Academy’s Camp Minnehaha Program has a Science Instructor opening to prepare and teach science to students in grades Pre-K through 8^th grade. 

This position can also fulfill internship requirements as part of your educational program. Minnehaha Summer Programs will work with you based on the requirements set forth by your institution. 

Camp Dates: June 10 – August 2, 2024.

Hours: 8:30 am – 12:00 pm, Monday through Friday. 

Qualifications and position details: 

• Passion for working with children.
• Strong people skills to interact with the children, parents, and staff.
• At least two years of experience working with children in a church, school, or camp setting is preferred.
• Ability to plan/implement age-appropriate science activities. 
• Coordinate with Summer Programs Director in ordering classroom supplies. 
• Ability to support and implement the school's mission; comfortable leading or taking part in prayer and devotions. 
• CPR/First Aid Certification a plus.
