Primary Responsibilities Include:

·Greet patients

·Manage multi-phone line system and client emailcorrespondence

·Collect payments

·Schedule patient appointments, coordinateevaluations, re-evaluations, appointment reminders, and cancelations

·Collect new patient intake information and trackall clinic referrals

·Fax reports to physicians, keep a log ofincoming reports

·Verify Insurance and track insurance-coveredvisits, take copayments

·Communicate with the office manager andclinicians about scheduling/patient arrival

·Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Successful Candidates Must Have:

·Must be at least 18 years ofage

·High school diploma orequivalent

·1 year(s) of medical receptionexperience preferred

·Valid driver’s license andreliable transportation

·Excellent communication skills

·Detail-oriented and adept atmultitasking

·Positive and compassionatedemeanor with a high degree of integrity

·Ability to workefficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment

·Must be self-motivated with awillingness to learn

·Team player who can work inharmony with others
