Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. As a Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked and organized in our retail store. This is a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment for our customers.

Duties:
- Receive and unpack merchandise shipments
- Inspect items for damage or defects
- Clean and prepare items for display
- Package and label products for sale
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with merchandise
- Arrange products according to established guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish as needed
- Assist customers with locating products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Basic math skills for retail transactions
- Ability to operate a cash register accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 pounds)
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies is a plus
- Familiarity with RF scanners or inventory management systems is an advantage
