Electrical Engineer - EV Charging Solutions
Minit Charger, a pioneer of fast charging technology, has a solid track record in supporting aviation and supply chain sectors with its groundbreaking patented technology. As part of our growth strategy, we are planning to enter EVSE charging space with an ambitious plan to disrupt with our unique design, compact footprint and scalable power output.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support development of battery charger for on and off-road vehicles.
Test new power electronics for performance and reliability.
Test charging algorithm for lead acid and lithium batteries.
Assist development team in final product design.
Create & perform test plans, document and analyze results.
Ensure applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. UL, CE, etc.) are met.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to generate optimal system solutions for new products.
Contribute to continuous improvements of existing products & systems.

Qualifications:

A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of battery charging or related power electronics experience.
Experience with writing test plans, developing text fixture and implementing procedures to test products in development and for production.
Experience with a variety of test equipment, including oscilloscopes.
Hands on experience in working with 3 phase AC voltages, inverters and other electrical components.
A flexible team player with a strong sense of ownership, coupled with technical experience and "out-of-the-box" creativity.
Excellent analysis, problem-solving, design, and troubleshooting skills.
Enjoys a highly collaborative cross-functional environment.
