About this Role:

The Senior Studio Manager is responsible for the team development, financial performance, operational excellence of multiple studios within an assigned area. The Senior Studio Manager serves as a market lead influencing performance, offering development, and ensuring brand standards.


What You’ll Accomplish:
Team & Development, Client, Delivers Results/Operational Excellence

Studio Leadership

  • Leads by example and inspires a team first culture
  • Ensures team retention at all levels
  • Ensures accountability of clean standards in all studios
  • Supports studio teams in delivering on client experience and handling conflict resolution
  • Accountable for operational excellence and execution of company initiatives
  • Coaches and develops a team of studio support and service providers

Client Journey

  • Delivers a first in class service experience
  • Cultivates loyal ‘fan’ and ‘superfan’ client base and builds community
  • Is a brand advocate and accountable to share the brand story
  • Educates clients on service and retail offerings, and upgrades

Driving Studio Revenue & KPIs

  • Develops business plans to achieve key business drivers for assigned studios
  • Drives gross margin by managing studio utilization and optimization
  • Manages all facets of the business
  • Identifies opportunities to maximize staffing levels across studios
  • Drives revenue based on achieving studio budgets
  • Actively sources opportunities for in-studio events and buy-outs

Training and Development / employee journey

  • Responsible for the onboarding and training of new team members in the market
  • Provides ongoing training and development for studio teams
  • Identifies top talent and creates career progression plans
  • Develops a bench of talent for succession planning


Who You Are:

  • 3 years of leadership experience
  • Effective P&L management ensuring profitability
  • Proven track record in operational excellence, revenue driving and profitability
  • Excellent, clear communication, verbal, and written skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, planning and organizing, and leadership skills
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and communicate cross functionally
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Effective organizational, time management and delegation skills
  • Problem solver, able to manage operational issues with resilience
  • Possess an overwhelming desire to exceed expectations
