We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a polite, personable demeanor even in stressful conditions.
- Be knowledgeable about products(anime and Kpop)
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns.
- Perform as part of a team.
- Stay current on product news and trends.
- Respond quickly to feedback from managers.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Ability to climb steps and ladder
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide assistance in finding products
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales events
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Provide after-sales support, including product exchanges or returns
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Current High school students are welcome to apply for this seasonal position
