RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing the customer experience. They are warm, welcoming and helpful to all customers. They are knowledgeable in our product offerings and assist customers with their needs and gift giving.

Duties include running the cash register, customer service, gift wrapping. Clothing styling. Store maintenance, general restocking, assists with social media posts inside the shop, setting aside online orders, tagging items as needed. Using Shopify to make inventory transfers and adjustments.

We have a dynamic team with room for growth and professional development. We are looking for people who are organized, passionate, and willing to learn!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to work independently and as a team player
• Knowledge of Point of Sale System or retail software
• Top-notch organizational skills and attention to detail
• Quick and effective problem-solving skills
• Clearly and effectively communicate with customers
• Energetic and enthusiastic
• Beneficial to have basic computer skills and social media knowledge
• Must be able to lift strollers up and down and be comfortable using a low ladder
• Weekend Availability required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
