The Operations Coordinator supports the Operations Team in due diligence for new storage facility acquisitions, aids in coordinating capital projects, and manages administrative tasks related to lease management and Fleet Operations. Responsibilities also include data entry, report generation, and providing support on operational projects for the Regional Vice President and Executive Vice President.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Assist the Operations Team in all matters related to the due diligence of new storage facility acquisitions
  • Aid field-level Maintenance Teams, Regional Operations Managers, and vendors as required during the close of facility acquisitions
  • Support with the coordination of capital projects to meet key milestones, deadlines and budgets
  • Support the Commercial team with administrative functions related to lease management
  • Support Fleet Operations throughout Canada and the US; inclusive of administrative management of driver profiles, GeoTab deployment and device monitoring, operational support with fleet changes
  • Manage data entry and generate reports in SiteLink and Call Potential for various regions
  • Support the Regional Vice President, and Executive Vice President with operational projects as required

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations environment, experience in real estate, retail or storage would be considered an asset
  • A post secondary diploma in business administration or equivalent work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to be self driven and work independently, while also collaborating with various stakeholders when necessary
