We are looking for energetic sports instructors who have the following qualities:

A love for working with people of all ages; especially children.
Passionate about the physical, social and emotional growth of children and adults.
Strong technical skills and ability to develop and positively teach life lessons to athletes.
A thoughtful, intelligent and analytical thinker with excellent integrity and judgement.
Inspire trust, confidence and enthusiasm in the organization and co-workers.
Willing to grow and learn as an individual to achieve coaching excellence.
Exhibit behavior that exemplifies the highest professional, ethical and moral standards.
Recognize that all staff have a role in the customer experience of the entire organization.
Ability to work weekday evenings and/or Saturday mornings.

Qualifications:

1-3 years’ experience in coaching gymnastics or sports instruction.
A willingness to coach in multiple programs: gymnastics (boys, girls, preschool, adaptive, camps) and trampoline and tumbling and performing arts.
A solid knowledge base of progressions and techniques for teaching gymnastics safely and effectively.
A general understanding and willingness to continually learn about developmental stages for any age child/athlete.

We are hiring for after-school hours and weekends. We are open 6 days a week 8:00am - 9:00pm. The strongest need is for Gymnastics/Sports Instructors are evenings from 4:00pm - 8:00pm and Saturday mornings from 8:30am - 1:00pm.
