Driver and Shipping/Receiving

We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as Truck Driver and Shipping/Receiving personnel. This multifaceted role involves transporting goods efficiently and safely as well as managing incoming and outgoing shipments.

Responsibilities:

· Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.

· Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and following safety procedures.

· Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

· Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.

· Adhere to transportation laws and regulations.

· Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and process paperwork.

· Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.

· Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.

· Organize warehouse space and maintain cleanliness.

· Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.

Requirements:

· Valid commercial driver's license with clean driving record.

· Proven experience as a truck driver.

· Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations.

· Prior experience in shipping/receiving preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
