Responsibilities

• Develops, tests and maintains the software for in-flight entertainment systems
• Builds optimized, scalable, and efficient applications
• Maintains the backend operating environment and it s supporting build and release pipelines using Gitlab, AWS and Kubernetes
• Continually explores new technology solutions to enhance functionality
• Provides code documentation and other inputs to technical documents
• Participates in team project planning, retrospectives, demos, and code review
• Can groom other new team members on similar mindsets
• Experience in identifying bottlenecks and performance tuning
• Very good debugging capabilities
• Track/monitor risks and communicate them to the team in a timely fashion
• Should be motivated and self-driven

Experience &

Skills

• Hands on experience in Coding Android, Java, Kotlin, C/C
• Code documentation, technical documentation
• Develop Applications such as Games, Audio/Video related to in-flight entertainment systems
• Experience in API development
• Experience in profiling will be an added advantage.
• Experience in basic AWS infrastructure will be an added advantage.
• Experience in preparing the scenarios
• Experience with Continuous integration
• Excellent analytical skills to dig deep in performance issues at various levels including DB, Application, infrastructure.

Qualifications

BE, BCA, MCA. MTech, MSc and BSc degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, other related technical degrees
