Job Title: Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team within the Online Product Management portfolio. As a Program Manager, you will independently lead projects of varying scale and at different stages of development. You will be responsible for defining success metrics and ensuring the delivery of supporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of authoring and reviewing business requirements, driving projects through design, development, and launch phases, and effectively prioritizing team activities.

Responsibilities:

• Independently lead projects within the Online Product Management portfolio.
• Define success metrics and ensure the delivery of supporting capabilities.
• Author and review business requirements, ensuring clarity and establishing next steps to drive projects through design, development, and launch phases.
• Prioritize team activities and drive resolution of issues.
• Communicate project status and issues to teams, leadership, and partners.
• Comfortably work in a constantly evolving environment where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the norm.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within the technology or retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently drive projects forward.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
