Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Cognitive Therapist /Behavioral Therapist (CT/BT) for our Kansas City, KS Region at Minds Matter LLC. You will impact lives in a meaningful way and work with individuals to achieve their goals in their own homes and communities. The Minds Matter model data shows that our outcomes are 4-5 times higher than other programs for brain injury. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• You get to help people get a job, driver's license and their own home.
• You can help to do fun activities like running a marathon and play with their kids.
• You will help people relearn skills after experiencing brain injuries.
• You get to work in the community or in people's homes.
• You get to set your own schedule and find creative ways to help.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School or GED required with one year or more years of related experience preferred. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills
• Organized, possess problem solving skills, and be able to multitask
