Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Additional Responsibilities for Lead Business Analyst:

• Lead support functions for multiple business groups.
• Contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
• Ensure efficiency and quality in solutions.
• Assist in planning and executing programs.
• Drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Business Operations or Leadership experience.
• Experience in banking or financial operations (2 years).
• Knowledge of Wires/Payments and Payment Investigations (2 years).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology.
