Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team in a role focused on coordinating and consulting with various groups undergoing migration processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Power BI and will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation and guidance to teams undergoing migration processes, ensuring a smooth transition from on-premises Power BI to the cloud-based platform.
• Collaborate with developers who may encounter challenges in implementing Power BI solutions, offering expertise and troubleshooting support.
• Assist in navigating the complexities of migrating Power BI solutions to the cloud, including considerations for data integrity, security, and functionality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Power BI, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills to provide effective guidance.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand their specific needs and requirements, tailoring migration strategies and solutions accordingly.
• Contribute to the development of migration plans and methodologies, leveraging expertise to optimize processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in migration efforts.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in Power BI, with a strong understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.
• Proven experience in providing consultation and support for migration projects, preferably within a complex organizational environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and analytical approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with cloud migration processes and considerations, particularly in the context of Power BI, is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications or training in Power BI and cloud technologies are a plus.
