Job DescriptionPosition: Performance Analyst. Location: East Moline ,ILDuration:36 months Description:• Work between our applicationteams and infrastructure teams to understand all the components that make upthe Channel IT applications and solutions supported by the team.• Review application and system performancedata collected from system logs, application monitoring and other sources toprovide trending and forecasting. • Proactively monitor and detectperformance issues using analysis tools and performance monitoring software andhelp prevent those issues from causing outage or application impairment. • Work with application teams toestablish response time targets and monitoring mechanisms for theirapplications. • Review infrastructure needs tomeet future demand. • Manage some of the nonfunctionalrequirements of the applications. • Serve as the applicationavailability and performance monitoring tools subject matter expert for ChannelIT. We need an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who thrives onsolving problems and working in a global team environment. Ideally, you willhave a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline and/or equivalent workexperience.
