```Duties:```
- Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior change
- Provide direct patient care and support in various settings, such as homes, schools, and clinics
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and monitor patient progress
- Utilize medical terminology and documentation practices to maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress
- Work with children and individuals with developmental disabilities to address their unique behavioral needs
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Stay current on research and best practices in applied behavior analysis and behavioral health

```Requirements:```
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably children
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with special education practices and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about patient needs
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation

Pay: $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Fort Lauderdale, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
